Custom work
Not every problem fits a product. Where the standard tools do not reach, we write what is missing: control software, data tools, and robot programming libraries built for one job and often reused on the next.
Cladding and polishing path generation. Weld cladding normally means CAD CAM. This library lets you build irregular closed shapes from lines and arcs directly on the robot controller, give it a travel vector and a pitch, and let it fill the boundary. It also handles heat dissipation and weld distortion, which on a cladding job matters a great deal.
