OEE Data Viewer
Your robot controller already holds a good deal of information about how the line is running. Getting at it usually means walking out to the teach pendant.
The OEE Data Viewer puts that information in a browser instead, live.
It is most often used for OEE: availability, performance and quality. The data is whatever the controller holds, so it can just as easily show cycle counts, fault history or downtime reasons, depending on what is useful to you.
Why we built it
Because we kept standing at pendants writing numbers on paper. The information was already there. Nothing made it easy to see.
